Pyrolysis - Clean Energy From Waste

Pyrolysis is the thermochemical decomposition of organic material at elevated temperatures in the absence of oxygen. This process produces Syngas, Pyrolysis Oil, and Carbon Char. Additionally, the remaining ash from the process is rich in nutrients and functions as a form of potash, which can be used as fertilizer.

Syngas

A clean gas that can be used in boilers, cookers, and gas engines to generate electrical power. It serves as a replacement for conventional gas

Pyrolysis Oil

A versatile fuel that can be used in boilers, diesel engines, and diesel generators. It has the added benefit of short-term storage capability, making it a viable replacement for traditional fuel oils

Carbon Char

A smokeless solid byproduct that can replace coal in cooking stoves and boilers for heat or steam. It can also be processed into activated carbon for water filtration
